laws, and other laws, and may not be copied or imitated as a whole
or in parts. No logo, graphic, sound or image pertaining to
PANACREDIT’s site may be copied or transmitted, without
PANACREDIT’s express permission.
5. Permission is granted to use the documents (such as products and
services brochures, technical brochures or whitepapers, articles and
diverse documents) in any electronic format they are found on this
site, as long as, (1) PANACREDIT is recognized as the owner of the

11. The main language of this site is Spanish, even though PANACREDIT
may in the future offer versions of this site in other languages, so
that it might be used in the greatest number of countries and

Mexico. This site, as well as this Legal Notice are subject to the
laws of Mexico, no matter what the place of residence of the user of
the site is; any legal complaint regarding what is stipulated here,
or regarding the site, should be presented before the corresponding
judicial or civil courts of the City of Guadalajara, Jalisco,
Mexico.
